Short answer: by using smarttirepicks.com you agree to these Terms with Joshua Israel Ventures LLC. The site gives general tire information only. It is provided as is, and you should always follow your vehicle’s door placard and use a licensed tire installer.

1. Who you are dealing with

Smart Tire Picks is a brand owned by Joshua Israel Ventures LLC. It is not a separate company or a registered trade name. The website smarttirepicks.com (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Joshua Israel Ventures LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). When you use the Site, your agreement is with Joshua Israel Ventures LLC.

2. Accepting these Terms

By using the Site you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, our Disclaimer, and our Affiliate Disclosure. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

It is not professional automotive, mechanical, engineering, safety, legal, insurance, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for your vehicle manufacturer’s specifications or for a qualified professional who can inspect your vehicle.

Before you buy, mount, inflate or use any tire, check the tire size, load index, speed rating and cold inflation pressure on your vehicle’s door placard and in your owner’s manual, and have the work done by a licensed, qualified tire installer. You are responsible for the decisions you make about your vehicle.

4. Using the Site

You may read and share links to the Site for your own personal, non commercial use. You agree not to copy or republish our content in bulk without permission, not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, and not to interfere with the Site or try to access it in ways that could harm it or other users.

5. Intellectual property

The Site’s original text, layout and design are owned by Joshua Israel Ventures LLC and protected by copyright and other laws. Tire, vehicle and retailer brand names belong to their owners and are used only to identify products. Their use does not mean those companies sponsor or endorse us.

The Site links to outside websites, such as public safety agencies, manufacturers and retailers. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, products, prices or privacy practices. Any purchase you make from a retailer is between you and that retailer.

If we are found liable despite these Terms, our total liability to you will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). Some places do not allow certain limits on liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
